Worth It November 23, 2008 C. Stumpf Hagglund For the $4.00 shipping and the $0.01 for the book and not buying it for $12, worth it.
C@n you find the ampersand in +his line? October 26, 2008 Judy K. Polhemus (LA) 2 out of 5 found this review helpful
The "I Spy" series probably rates in the Top 10 of favorite books to check out from the library. It's whisk in--Stamp back out! That fast! At this time of year, "Spooky Night" is really big. One thing to note: This book does not leave with one child--it leaves with a gang. They study the pictures en masse. It's a great group effort finding all the objects. "Picture riddles fill this book; Turn the pages! Take a look! Use your mind, use your eye; Read the riddles--play I SPY!" The above instructions are on the Table of Contents. Finding the objects is such a kick! What adds to the trickiness is the number of intriguing items not on the list. "But I want them to be on the list because I found them!" Special thanks goes to Walter Wick for his fun, tricky photography! A book for all ages!
I Spy Halloween March 24, 2008 Terri M. Lee We have enjoyed many hours playing our own way of I spy. Thank you for your promt delivery.
Wonderful book February 27, 2008 Sproutie (IL) Recieved this for christmas and Believe it or not my 2 year old loves all the I spy books. She is very good at them and loves to just ask what everything is and then find whatever I ask her to look for. Illustrations are great.
I Spy A Winner! December 12, 2006 J. Nowicki (Bay City, Michigan United States) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
The I Spy Spooky Night book is one of many 'I Spy' books our family has enjoyed. We have the 'I Spy Extreme Challenger!', 'I Spy Super Challenger', 'I Spy School Days', 'I Spy Treasure Hunt' and the 'I Spy Mystery' book just to name a few of them. They will entertain no matter what your age. Our children and now our grandchildren have pulled these books out many times. They are like magnets and will draw in whoever is around to your side to help find the hidden I Spy items. Here's a hint. If, no - when, you have trouble finding any of the objects turn the book upside down and that just might help. The I Spy Spooky Night Book in combination with the Boo-opoly Game will provide some frighteningly good Halloween entertainment. ~ Mrs. B.
